Smile Twin e-Learning Programme (STeP)



Project Goal
The goal of STeP is to provide a platform, where the marginalized youth can enhance and nurture their skills, boost their confidence and become independent

Project Objectives
• Provide employability training to a minimum of 40 youth per batch for a period of 4 months in 5 subjects namely Spoken English, Basic Computer, Basic Retails & Management, Personality Development & Financial Literacy.

• Provide a realistic idea about different jobs and their responsibilities by conducting Career Counseling Programmes (CCP) with the help of professionals from different companies.

• Provide placement opportunities by organizing interviews conducted by professionals from various companies in the center itself
