Smile Healthcare Project



Project Goal
Provide a platform for the underprivileged youth (men and women) for employment opportunities, empowering them to become self reliant

Project Objectives
• Provide healthcare employability training of 3 months duration on General Duty Assistant to 40 candidates per batch with subjects on General Duty Assistant (GOA) and Core Employability (CE).

• Provide an insight into the work culture and various job roles in nursing homes, hospital settings, and home healthcare with the help of medical professionals and HRs through career counselling sessions, employee engagement programmes, mock interviews

• Arranging placement and training opportunities in various healthcare settings.
